The foundation of our practice is the Yang Style T’aiChi Hand Form: mindful, choreographed movements that cultivate balance, harmony, relaxation, stability, power, and body awareness. T’aiChi is a whole-being art grounded in the understanding that body/mind/spirit are not separate.
